Qualifications

• No insurance experience required; training provided.
• Strong verbal communication and high-volume dialing capability.
• Full-time, in-office position in Wylie, TX.

Responsibilities

• Make 300–400 outbound calls per day using agency-provided leads.
• Engage prospects with professional conversations and build rapport.
• Identify prospects for reviewing insurance options and transfers to licensed producers.
• Generate a target of 15 qualified live transfers per day.
• Document activity and results in the CRM.
