Job summary

Responsibilities

• Treat patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes.
• Treat patients per the physician treatment plan.
• Assist nursing with training Restorative Aides.
• Communicate with supervisor and health team regarding progress.
• Participate in in-services training for staff.
• Discharge planning involvement.
• Maintain treatment area cleanliness and equipment.
