Tender Touch Rehab Services is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time, permanent position in a skilled nursing facility setting. Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• Current NBCOT certification as an OT, if required by state.
• Current license to practice OT in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
