Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks an occupational therapy professional to supervise students, volunteers and observers while implementing treatment programs in a home-care setting.

You will plan and execute individualized patient plans across all ages within an interdisciplinary team, perform physical activities including lifting, and respond to emergencies while maintaining safety protocols. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and flexibility with irregular hours.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodations.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and assist patients.
• Good mobility, stamina and physical activity.
• See clearly with correction and hear clearly with assistance.
• Willingness to handle infectious or hazardous materials and wear PPE.
• Comfort with irregular hours and varied locations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support students, volunteers, and observers in implementing OT treatment programs.
• Plan and execute individualized treatment plans for patients across all ages within an interdisciplinary team.
• Perform physical activities including lifting and assisting with patient care; adapt to emergencies.
• Maintain safety protocols and PPE, and manage potential exposure risks.
