The ideal candidate is outgoing, entrepreneurial, and thrives in a dynamic setting. A college degree, a broker license or willingness to obtain one, and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• College degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience.
• Real Estate broker license (or willingness to attain).
• Client service oriented mindset.
• Experience working in a team-based setting.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively present information to colleagues and clients.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Software Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Engage in business development and prospecting activities to secure new meetings.
• Coordinate property tours with clients to discuss features, leasing rates, and terms.
• Compile property data for clients, such as tenant surveys, reports, maps, and presentations.
• Collaborate with Marketing on producing and enhancing building marketing materials.
• Provide tenants and landlords with leasing availability and market conditions.
• Develop RFPs and summarize data to prepare market reports.
• Assist with presentations for current clients and new business pitches.
• Develop knowledge of local market, tenants, landlords, and market trends.
• Participate in industry events, open houses and client functions.
• Update and maintain CRM to track prospects, clients, and deals.
