Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; combination of education, training and/or experience will be considered.
• 3+ years related experience and/or training.
• Background in Turf and Horticulture is a plus.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus.
• Proficiency with computer systems and standard office technology.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Experience in an office setting; cash handling and register operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of customer phone calls.
• Assist walk-in customers in a busy shop setting.
• Multitask efficiently in a fast-changing environment.
• Communicate confidently and professionally with customers.
• Work collaboratively with a variety of personalities.
• Take orders and create delivery tickets for Warehouse processing.
• Processing of AP/AR.
