Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to provide therapeutic interventions under an Occupational Therapist in an interdisciplinary setting. Must hold a valid OTA licensure or certification; CPR preferred.

Responsibilities include executing treatment plans, guiding ADL activities, documenting progress, and educating patients and families on home exercises for ongoing recovery.

Qualifications

• OTA licensure or certification currently valid.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out treatment plans developed by occupational therapists.
• Help patients with exercises and ADL training to improve independence.
• Observe and document patient responses and progress; report to supervising OT.
• Provide education to patients and families on home exercises and adaptive techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Support OTs in evaluating patient needs and progress.
