Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Nursing Faculty member to provide clinical instruction and demonstrate nursing skills to students. You will attend orientation sessions for clinical sites and collaborate closely with the clinical coordinator to support student development and clinical competency.

The role expects you to design teaching strategies, maintain professional relationships with clinical facilities, and ensure accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a nursing degree and current RN license.
• Graduate degree in nursing preferred or enrolled in graduate program within one year of employment as faculty.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing required when not enrolled in graduate program; three years of direct patient care experience for part-time faculty.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical instruction and demonstration of nursing skills and procedures to students.
• Attend and participate in nursing student orientations for clinical sites.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with clinical agency management and staff.
• Collaborate with the clinical coordinator to design and implement teaching strategies.
