Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Multifamily (Lease Up) to join our onsite team. You’ll tour properties, answer questions, and highlight amenities to drive leasing performance.

Responsibilities include qualifying applicants, coordinating move-ins, and delivering exceptional resident service to support occupancy and rent growth. HS diploma required; 1+ year experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest in the community by touring the property with prospects and answering questions about amenities.
• Drive sales by highlighting quality and lifestyle of the apartment community.
• Assist prospects in qualifying for an apartment by collecting information and initiating background checks.
• Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in, deliver resident service, and assist with paperwork.
• Other duties as assigned.
