Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Food Services Specialist for multiple shifts at our California facilities. The role supports culinary, hospitality, porter, and dish teams, rotating as needed to meet staffing and business needs.

Responsibilities include food preparation, service, serving guests, and maintaining dining spaces to boost morale and productivity. The position requires a high school diploma, 4+ years in food services, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 4+ years of experience in food preparation, customer service, or other food services support roles
• Valid state issued driver's license

Responsibilities

• Assist the organization by ensuring cleanliness in all on-site dining areas
• Support maintenance of all beverage stations, food sales locations, and break areas
• Assist with food preparation according to SpaceX quality and sanitation standards
• Support proper product rotation and storage according to food safety requirements
• Follow stocking routes, track inventory, and receive and distribute product around the site as instructed by leadership
• Help the team meet time and quality standards set by the supervisor
• Set up, maintain, and break down a daily workstation within a kitchen or service environment
