Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson plans aligned with Michigan standards and school curriculum goals.
• Use relevant technology to support and differentiate instruction.
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Help students who are behind or struggling to learn content.
• Collaborate with other teachers to develop lesson plans and improve learning.
• Communicate with students and parents regarding progress and needs.
• Establish clear objectives for all learning activities.
• Maintain classroom discipline and manage student behavior.
• Use formative, summative, and interim assessments to inform instruction.
• Create classroom assessments to measure student proficiency.
