Job summary

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group Inc. (PRMG Inc.) is seeking an experienced Originator to verify and process mortgage loan applications, advise clients on loan options, and ensure data accuracy. You will collaborate with internal departments to maintain a smooth lending process.

Qualifications

• Must have current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing.
• Two to five years’ experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verifies, compiles, and inputs application information for mortgage loans.
• Discuss and advise the client of home loan options.
• Reviews residential loan application file to verify data and standards are met.
• Informs supervisor of discrepancies in title or survey.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
