Endorsements in mathematics and science are preferred; benefits determined upon hire. The position is based at Granite Falls Middle School, Monday through Friday, 7:05 am to 2:35 pm (7.5 hours).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and valid teacher's certification required.
• Endorsements in mathematics and science preferred.
• CPR and First Aid may be required as specified for the assignment.

Responsibilities

• Teaches middle school students in science and math according to state and district standards.
• Develops and implements engaging lesson plans and learning activities.
• Assess student progress and provide timely feedback through reports and grading.
• Maintains safe, organized, and supportive classroom environment.
• Collaborates with colleagues and participates in school meetings and committees.
