Responsibilities

• Deliver rigorous and engaging ELA content using DSST curriculum across 3–5 classes daily.
• Track and assess student growth using varied assessment tools to guide instruction.
• Promote a positive classroom and school culture and build trusting relationships with students and families.
• Engage in ongoing professional development with a focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
• Contribute to school community with duties such as student recruitment or advisory support.
