Qualifications

• Experience as head or assistant coach in the designated sport/activity.
• Ability to motivate student athletes and communicate with diverse groups.
• Ability to organize and manage all aspects of the interscholastic sport/activity.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and organization for the assigned sport/activity.
• Supervise athletes and managers before/during/after practices and games.
• Maintain knowledge of rules and district policies for sport/activity.
• Ensure equipment and facilities are safe and maintained.
• Report safety issues and injuries promptly.
• Attend league meetings related to the sport/activity.
