BCG Attorney Search is seeking a mid-level Associate for its Financial Regulatory and Compliance Practice in Chicago. The ideal candidate will advise on regulatory issues, assist with licensing, and conduct regulatory research while drafting compliance documents.

Applicants should have 3–5 years of relevant experience, a JD, and admission or eligibility in the relevant jurisdiction. Spanish fluency is preferred as an asset.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in financial services regulatory and compliance.
• Knowledge of key financial services laws and regulations.
• Strong academic background with excellent research and writing skills.
• Admitted to or eligible for admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Fluency in Spanish preferred.
