Job summary

Qualifications

• Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences, strong interpersonal communication, and solid organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and direct them to products or a parts specialist.
• Check out customers and deter shoplifters.
• Keep the front area stocked and fronted; stock merchandise per planograms.
• Assist customers in locating merchandise and direct them to parts as needed.
• Make price changes and ensure sale signs are in place; restore pricing after sales.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
• Support store tasks with the manager and complete the To Do List.
• Act as main shoplifting deterrent/front floor security.
