Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Merchandiser to greet customers, assist with locating merchandise, and manage stock and displays on the sales floor. The role includes price changes, sign placement, and supporting store tasks.

• Desirable cashier/stocking experience and bilingual skills (Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and help locate merchandise or direct to a parts specialist.
• Check in, price, and stock merchandise; keep displays fronted, full and clean.
• Make display changes per company guidelines and planograms; manage price changes.
• Ensure sale signs are in place and flyers stocked; maintain display quantities.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
• Work with manager to complete store To Do List and weekly tasks.
• Act as main floor security and assist with O'Reilly Image Maker duties.
• Clock in/out according to policy; cashier duties include processing payments.
