Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a friendly cashier and front-store associate to greet customers, assist with locating merchandise, process transactions, and help keep the sales floor stocked and organized.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; Spanish language skills are valued. You will assist with price changes, returns, and display updates while following company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences.
• Good interpersonal communicational skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Previous cashier and/or stocking experience.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicle.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and assist in locating merchandise or direct to a parts specialist.
• Check in, price, and stock merchandise to maintain displays.
• Keep display areas fronted, full, and clean daily.
• Make display changes according to planograms and company guidelines.
• Manage sale signage, racks, and pricing when promotions run.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and returns.
• Support store manager with daily tasks and team priorities.
• Act as a deterrent to shoplifting and maintain front-floor security.
• Complete cashier duties including processing transactions and returns.
