Peregrine Senior Living is seeking an energetic Activities Assistant to join our Memory Care team in the greater Albany, NY region. The role supports residents with engaging activities and requires compassion, integrity, and honesty.

Per Diem scheduling and a generous benefits package accompany this position. Responsibilities include coordinating with the Director of Activities to tailor programs to resident needs and coordinating orientation for new participants.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three years’ experience working with adult recreation.

Responsibilities

• Works with Director of Activities to deliver creative and exciting resident activities meeting individual needs and interests within the community
• Assist with orienting all residents to activity programs
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make decisions
• Has the ability to work under pressure, resolve conflict, prioritize tasks, and follow through with creative ideas
• Has the ability to work reception duties as needed
