Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite is preferred.
Prior Medical Assisting experience is beneficial, but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
Assist providers in delivering optimal medical care.
Triage patients promptly and ensure smooth workflow.
Document vital signs and updates to patients' medical history.
Perform lab tests in compliance with medical guidelines.
Manage digital patient records and aid transition to electronic systems.
Prepare examination rooms, ensuring they are cleaned and ready.
Administer medications under provider supervision.
Assist in patient examinations and procedures.
Position patients for x-rays as directed.
Monitor and manage medical inventory as needed.
