Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) by a recognized program.
• Current CPR certification.
• 1 year of experience in a medical setting preferred.
• Knowledge of NextGen or Athena EHR systems a plus.
• Fluent English reading/writing/speaking.
• Strong PC skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily patient flow organization and schedule monitoring.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure cleanliness.
• Assist and accompany patients to treatment rooms.
• Check vital signs and document findings.
• Record patient history and visit information.
• Collaborate with clinical support team and Case Managers.
