thyssenkrupp Bilstein of America, Inc. in Hamilton, OH is seeking a dedicated material handler to maintain inventory, move materials, and support production. You will operate MHE, use SAP/RF scanners, perform replenishments, and ensure safety and efficiency daily.

Ideal candidates bring forklift experience, strong math and problem-solving skills, and a proven safety record. Overtime, team collaboration, and a commitment to quality are essential.

Qualificações

• Previous basic forklift experience with ability to obtain a license and operate various forklifts.
• Stable work history and a strong personal desire to work safely.
• Strong customer focus and work ethic.
• Solid math skills including decimals and basic mechanical aptitude.
• Logical problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work substantial overtime during peak periods.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a safe working environment by following safety and environmental policies and wearing PPE.
• Execute reservation requests and move materials to banked inventory locations.
• Perform replenishments and put-away tasks to support production needs.
• Process transfer orders and conduct bin-to-bin transfers to optimize material flow.
• Conduct reservation picking and dynamic Kanban picks for production/warehouse demands.
• Assist with freight unloading and proper storage of materials.
• Operate MHE (Tugger, Dock Stocker, Scissor Lift, Reach Truck, Turret Truck, Order Picker) safely.
• Use SAP and RF scanners for accurate inventory transactions.
• Identify inventory discrepancies or shortages and report to leadership.
• Adhere to policies, productivity expectations, and 6S principles.
• Keep work area clean and organized and follow Optimal State documentation.
• Perform daily MHE inspections and report safety concerns promptly.
• Complete required monthly safety training on time.
• Demonstrate accountability, teamwork, and leadership in tasks.
