Qualifications

• Forklift experience with license to operate various forklifts (order filler, stand‑up reach, scissor lift).
• Safe working environment and adherence to safety policies.
• Strong customer focus with good work ethic and willingness to do what's needed.
• Basic math skills including decimals; strong mechanical aptitude.
• Logical problem solving and willingness to learn and improve.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends when required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 40 lbs. with or without accommodations.
• Reliable, well‑organized, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment and follow safety policies.
• Perform Kanban deliveries based on demand to support production.
• Deliver reservation pallets per production schedules.
• Move WIP and materials to maintain production pace.
• Deliver materials on time to meet operational goals.
• Operate MHE safely and inspect equipment daily.
• Support inventory accuracy by delivering correct materials.
• Collaborate with team to ensure seamless material flow.
• Adhere to 6S principles and maintain clean work area.
