Qualifications

• Previous basic forklift experience with ability to obtain a license and operate various forklifts (order filler, stand-up reach, scissor lift) preferred.
• Possesses a stable work history and a strong personal desire to work safely and maintain a safe working environment.
• Demonstrates a strong customer focus along with a great work ethic and willingness to do what needs to be done.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment by following safety and environmental policies.
• Execute reservation requests and move materials to banked inventory locations.
• Perform replenishments and put-away tasks to maintain inventory levels.
• Process transfer orders and bin-to-bin transfers to optimize material flow.
• Conduct reservation picking and Kanban picks to meet production needs.
• Assist with freight unloading and ensure proper receiving and storage of materials.
• Operate MHE such as Tugger, Dock Stocker, Scissor Lift, Reach Truck, Turret Truck and Order Picker.
• Use SAP and RF scanners to complete inventory transactions.
• Identify discrepancies and report shortages to leadership.
• Maintain clean and organized work area following 6S principles.
• Complete monthly safety training on time.
