Job summary

General Nutrition Centers International is seeking a Material Handler for our Distribution Center in Whitestown, IN. You will move product through the DC, load and unload trailers, and operate the warehouse management system to record movements.

Certification to operate PIT is required, with a focus on safety and efficiency. You will use RF scanners and Red Prairie WMS, maintain forklift certification, pull and stage materials, and ensure accurate shipments with proper documentation (POs, BOLs).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ months material handling experience preferred.
• Able to certify as PIT operator and maintain certifications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand simple instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Move product throughout the distribution center and load/unload trailers.
• Operate PITs and forklifts safely; perform routine equipment checks.
• Record movements using RF scanners and Red Prairie WMS.
• Pull, deliver, and stage materials; ensure correct quantities for production.
• Complete paperwork and ensure proper documentation (POs, BOLs, receipts).
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow SOPs/cGMPs.
• Rotate through Material Handler functions as needed.
