Qualifications

• Valid MA DESE teacher certification appropriate for the grade level and subject area.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• Highly Qualified as per MA DESE.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to relate to diverse stakeholders (parents, staff, students).
• Proficiency with educational technologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that meet diverse learner needs.
• Develop lesson plans aligned with standards and high-quality curricula, culturally responsive.
• Establish and communicate clear objectives for all activities.
