• Ability to adapt plans to specific classrooms.
• General knowledge of several subjects.
• Evidence of successful experience in working with students.
• Flexibility and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide substitute teaching per lesson plans to support instructional continuity.
• Supervise students in classroom and common areas.
• Collaborate with regular teachers, staff, and administrators to address classroom needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of student and staff information.
• Follow established routines to ensure a positive learning environment.
