Job summary

Arkema is seeking a material handler at the Memphis site to support loading hydrogen peroxide shipments. The role blends shunter tasks with warehouse duties, moving tank-wagons and preparing totes for shipment while maintaining safe operations.

Minimum one year of experience, HS diploma, valid driver’s license, and forklift certification. DOT training is a plus; expect active safety compliance and opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required; DOT training is a plus.
• Experience operating trucks and trailers in a warehouse/shipping setting.
• Ability to maneuver vehicles in tight spaces and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Shunter: safely move trailers and Isotainers, couple/uncouple, inspect equipment, and report issues.
• Coordinate with BU Supply Chain Parts & Equipment Manager for efficient trailer movement.
• Warehouse: prepare samples, fill drums/totes, load product, and maintain organized storeroom.
• Participate in continuous improvement programs (SMART, daily management, problem solving).
