Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must maintain valid CDL in the event of emergency route relief.
• 3 years’ experience in a transportation/warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of delivery areas.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and records delivery time information from route drivers.
• Communicates with management and customer service on route driver locations and deliveries.
• Reviews delivery logs daily for accuracy and makes corrections as needed.
• Coordinates with purchasing on product pick-ups and driver assignments.
• Reassigns drivers to routes when others call out.
• Makes minor delivery route adjustments as needed.
• Addresses customer issues and directs calls to customer service.
