Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications and explaining terms.
• Conduct outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business.
• Manage delinquent accounts and secure payments or payment arrangements.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications and tax preparation.
• Process payments, update accounts, and document activities in systems.
• Balance cash and perform required bank runs; maintain compliant records.
