Job summary

Auction.com in Lubbock, TX is seeking an Associate Auction Coordinator to represent the company at live auctions, interact with bidders, and ensure all processes are completed for successful auctions. The role requires travel within the territory and a flexible monthly schedule.

You will be trained with hourly pay starting at $17.50, rising to $20.00–$30.00 as you gain skills and responsibilities. Local mileage is reimbursed beyond 40 miles/day, with potential rental cars for longer trips.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long hours.
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 2 hours in a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professionalism with customers and on-site staff.
• Maintain equipment and materials.
• Be a subject matter expert on customer resources.
• Communicate effectively and network with stakeholders.
• Collect customer information using proprietary software.
• Complete customer receipts and event reports.
• Participate in scheduled training and team calls.
