Qualifications
- Over 2 years of experience in litigation.
- Experience filing court documents in State courts using One Legal.
- Proficient with Federal CM/ECF and e-filings.
- Prepares and revises legal documents and emails from written or transcription.
- Calendar management for appearances and deadlines.
- On-site work in Pasadena daily.
Responsibilities
- Support 3–5 attorneys in general civil litigation.
- Coordinate calendaring, filings, and discovery deadlines.
- Prepare and revise legal documents and correspondence.
- Liaise with calendaring and litigation support teams as needed.
