• Essential Job Functions: provide litigation support and assist attorneys in moving cases forward
• Prepare and e-file litigation documents with various courts
• Maintain documents within document storage software and case management systems
• Manage daily client communications via phone and email
• Meet daily/weekly deadlines and track correspondence in the case management system
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation support to attorneys as needed
• Prepare and e-file litigation documents with various courts
• Maintain and update databases and case management systems
• Receive and make daily phone calls to clients and court personnel
• Follow up on pending cases and manage deadlines
