Qualifications

• Flexibility to work varying shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong teamwork and communication to support a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to company recipes and menu items with consistency and quality.
• Follow orders accurately from POS system and expeditor.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of assigned station, kitchen and venue in line with health standards.
• Know recipes and execution; communicate product needs to chefs and staff.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and report equipment issues.
