Job summary

Salience Health is seeking a full-time Therapist to join a collaborative multi-specialty team in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The role combines crisis clinician duties with therapy evaluations, using evidence-based approaches to support remission and recovery for patients.

Responsibilities include initial therapy evaluations, psychoeducational CBT sessions, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and progress reviews within a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Licensure: LCSW, LPC, LMSW
• Master's degree in clinical services such as social work, counseling, or psychology
• Current with all state licensing requirements
• 2+ years of clinical experience with diagnostic assessment and therapy

Responsibilities

• Conducts New Patient Therapy Evaluations to gather patient information and assess needs
• Facilitates psychoeducational CBT individual sessions
• Conducts crisis interventions with risk assessment and follow-up
• Establishes rapport and connects with patients from diverse backgrounds
• Diagnoses and treats mental health disorders; creates and adjusts treatment plans
• Maintains thorough records and communicates with the treatment team
• Attends weekly team meetings and participates in all required duties
