The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who builds a positive culture, develops staff, fosters collaboration with medical teams, and leads the facility to strong occupancy and patient satisfaction outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Home Administrator license required.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and survey requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Strong operational, financial, and people-management skills.
• Ability to take ownership and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for facility operations
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Partner closely with Nursing and department leadership to ensure high-quality resident care
• Recruit, develop, and retain a strong leadership team
• Maintain appropriate staffing and promote a positive employee culture
• Monitor census, labor, expenses, and overall financial performance
• Drive occupancy and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, referral sources, residents, and families
• Lead survey readiness, quality improvement, and regulatory initiatives
• Ensure residents and families receive responsive, compassionate service
