Sage Ventures is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and deliver outstanding resident service across our residential properties in the United States. You will conduct tours, process applications, run credit checks, prepare leases, and collaborate with the management team on marketing and retention strategies, while adhering to fair housing regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in leasing, sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and conduct tours of available apartments.
• Assist with leasing process including applications, credit/background checks, and leases.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person with accurate pricing/availability.
• Build relationships with residents and address concerns professionally.
• Collaborate with property management on leasing strategies and campaigns.
• Conduct market research to ensure competitive pricing and positioning.
• Maintain leasing records and ensure compliance with fair housing policies.
