Windsor Communities is seeking an Area Leasing Consultant I to drive leasing across multiple properties in the Kirkland/Redmond/Issaquah area. You will learn our communities, engage prospects, and conduct personalized tours to convert interest into leases.

The role features a strong commission structure with monthly bonuses, collaborative teamwork, and growth opportunities in a high-energy workplace.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of quota-attaining, commission-driven sales experience.
• Motivated by performance-based incentives and big rewards.
• Front-line sales experience closing deals with customers.
• Weekend availability to capture peak leasing traffic.
• Energetic, engaging demeanor for high-energy interactions.
• Experience in high-touch industries including automotive, real estate, tech, etc.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in our communities and the local market to engage and convert prospects.
• Conduct personalized tours and use persuasive selling techniques to secure leases.
• Follow up with leads and build lasting relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
• Collaborate with teams across multiple properties (1-4 communities) to maximize leasing success.
• Get creative help implement marketing strategies and social media outreach to boost occupancy.
