Greystar, a global real estate platform, seeks a part‑time Leasing Consultant to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewals for a Maryland community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease packages to secure occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You will inspect units, implement local marketing plans, maintain records in property software, and follow up with prospects to finalize leases or renewals. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have licenses/certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsabilités

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments, process applications and background checks, prepare lease and move‑in package, ensure smooth move‑in and signing.
• Inspect apartments prior to move‑in and ensure move‑in readiness; coordinate needed items with maintenance.
• Monitor market conditions and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue goals.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, and internet marketing.
• Maintain data in on‑site software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability and activity.
• Ensure show units meet company standards by inspecting marketing corridors, coordinating maintenance, and preparing leasing spaces.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to confirm lease or renewal decisions.
• Support lease renewal program with letters, packages, and renewals scheduling.
• Respond promptly to resident/owner concerns and document requests.
