Job summary

The role involves marketing, property tours, applicant screening, preparing leases, and delivering excellent customer service while staying compliant with fair housing regulations. Weekend availability is expected as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lease properties to prospective tenants and maintain high occupancy.
• Market and promote available properties and conduct property tours.
• Screen applicants, negotiate lease terms, and prepare lease paperwork.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries.
• Work with Property Manager to achieve leasing goals and maintain standards.
• Stay informed about local rental market trends and regulations.
• Participate in marketing events and promotional activities.
• Resolve resident needs promptly and maintain confidentiality.
• Work weekends 1–2 times per month.
