Woodruff Property Management Company is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to assist prospective residents, support leasing efforts, and provide outstanding service to current residents.

This role focuses on marketing, leasing, and resident relations to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all tenants, with responsibilities from showing apartments to processing applications and coordinating move-ins and move-outs.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing or related sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
• Professional, friendly and customer-service driven.

Responsibilities

• Market, show, and lease apartments to prospective residents.
• Establish rapport with potential residents, assess budget and needs.
• Maintain an updated inventory of available apartments and track renewals.
• Verify rental applications for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents.
• Assist in move-in and move-out processes and prepare welcome packages.
• Process service requests and follow up as needed.
• Represent the company professionally and may work at other properties.
