Responsibilities

• Interview prospective tenants while adhering to Fair Housing Standards.
• Accompany prospects to model apartments to explain size, layout, amenities and lease terms.
• Fill out lease forms or agreements and collect security deposits.
• Inspect property state and arrange essential maintenance.
• Manage leasing and renewal process from start to finish.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build resident relationships.
• Process applications for approvals and update availability reports.
