A leading property management firm in California is seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant for their 359-unit community. This role requires a self-starter who can effectively present properties to potential residents, manage leasing processes, and ensure compliance with relevant laws. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of property management experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and be flexible with work hours, including weekends. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in leasing and/or sales in property management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with Yardi management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephone and email leads by responding to leasing inquiries.
• Follow up with prospective residents.
• Screen, review & qualify prospective residents and complete required paperwork.
