Qualifications

• 1-2 Years of sales and customer service experience including reaching sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous leasing experience within the multifamily property management industry is a plus.
• Must have knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unmatched service to prospects and residents to exceed expectations.
• Guide prospects through the leasing experience to make renting easy.
• Manage leads and use CRM to schedule tours and process applications.
• Conduct informative and personalized property tours to generate leases.
• Process applications, screening, leases, and move-in procedures.
• Maintain CRM tasks and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Assist with move-ins and ensure units are ready for occupancy.
