Sentinel Real Estate is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant for Cordillera Ranch Apartments in Kansas City, MO. You will show units, qualify prospects, take applications, and support renewals, delivering courteous, professional service to residents and guests.

Ideal candidates have apartment industry experience, strong sales and communication skills, and proficiency with computers; knowledge of Yardi is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate will have previous apartment industry experience.
• Must be organized and detail oriented with strong marketing and sales skills.
• Effective communication skills and telephone sales experience.
• Must have good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Computer skills required; Yardi knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet and qualify prospective residents and gather guest information.
• Show models and units available for rent.
• Take rental applications, deposits, and process approvals.
• Answer inquiries by phone and email; follow up as needed.
• Assist in lease renewals and maintain the leasing office and models.
• Walk the property daily to inspect and ensure ready units.
