AIR Communities is seeking an Apartment Leasing Consultant for Capri North and South in Las Vegas, NV. This onsite role emphasizes selling and leasing apartments, delivering top-tier service, and meeting leasing goals.

You will conduct tours, follow AIR's sales process, support multiple communities, and contribute to marketing while upholding Fair Housing laws. Prior sales or customer service experience and weekend availability are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales and customer service experience in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and following a sales process.
• Excellent customer service skills to address resident needs.

Responsibilities

• Follow AIR's sales process including prompt follow-up with active prospects.
• Schedule and conduct tours to sell the value of Capri North and South.
• Maintain a track record of meeting or surpassing monthly leasing goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, creating moments that matter.
• Provide leasing support to all AIR communities as needed.
• Contribute to community marketing efforts and adhere to Fair Housing laws.
