Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing compliance is required.

Responsibilities

• Advertise and market available apartment units to prospective residents.
• Respond to inquiries and provide pricing, availability, and community details.
• Show units and explain leasing terms and policies.
• Conduct application screenings including background and credit checks.
• Maintain positive communication with current residents.
• Support property goals through leasing and retention strategies.
• Comply with Federal Fair Housing laws and local regulations.
