Responsibilities

• Interview prospective residents and record information to ascertain needs and qualifications.
• Generate a high volume of leasing deals by identifying new prospects and cultivating growth.
• Accompany prospective residents to models and discuss apartment features and layout, selling community amenities.
• Qualify prospective residents; verify applications, credit information, and other qualifications.
• Prepare lease and move-in documentation and related paperwork.
• Collect rental payments and application fees from residents.
