Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware.
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized dish room during each shift.
• Remove trash and maintain waste areas; sweep and mop floors.
• Clean storage areas, coolers, walk-ins, and equipment.
• Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks.
• Support culinary team with mise en place, prep, and labeling.
